  • Do I need a reservation?

    While walk-ins will be welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation (weekends in particular) to guarantee your spot. Doing so will ensure quality time with our cats without the wait.

    Why do I have to pay an entry fee to visit the cats?

    Your entry fee helps us cover the costs of caring for our cats, including food, veterinary care, staffing, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for both cats and guests.

    What should I expect during my visit?

    Expect to be greeted by purrs, whiskers, and lots of feline fun! You’ll have a chance to relax, sip on your favorite beverage, and make some new furry friends. Whether you’re playing with the cats or just enjoying their company, our cafe and lounge is the purrfect place to unwind.

    What if I have allergies?

    We understand that cat allergies are no fun. While we will do our best to keep the cafe clean and comfortable, it’s hard to avoid allergens entirely. However, we will offer a separate viewing area with its own HVAC system, so you can enjoy watching the cats without direct contact.

    Will I be able to bring my own cat?

    As much as we love all cats, respectfully, we ask that you please leave your pets at home. Our space is dedicated solely to our rescue cats who are ready for adoption.

    Can I host a private event or party at Purrrlandia?

    Yes, we offer private event bookings for birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. Contact us for more details and to make a reservation.

    All our cats are rescues, ready to find their forever homes. We partner with local shelters and rescue organizations to provide a temporary home for these lovely felines until they find a family of their own.

    How do you ensure the cats' well-being?

    The well-being of our cats is our top priority. All cats receive regular veterinary care, plenty of love, and an enriching environment to thrive in. We will also have guidelines in place to ensure all interactions with guests are positive and stress-free.

    Will I be able to adopt a cat from Purrrlandia?

    Absolutely! All our cats are looking for their forever homes. If you happen to fall in love with one of our rescues (a distinct possibility), we will guide you through the adoption process on-site and make it official.

    How are the cats selected for Purrrlandia?

    We work closely with our rescue partners to select cats that are sociable and well-suited for a cafe environment. All cats are health-checked and vaccinated before joining us.

    How often are the cats checked by a vet?

    Our cats receive regular veterinary check-ups and immediate care if any health concerns arise.

    Could I bring in a stray or a kitten I found?

    We are not equipped to take in stray cats or kittens directly. We recommend contacting a shelter or rescue organization in your area for assistance.

    Yes, we will offer a selection of vegan and gluten-free drinks and snacks. Please let our staff know of any dietary restrictions when you visit.

    Will the cats come in contact with the food prep area?

    Eww, no! Our food and beverage prep area is completely separate from the cat lounge. Our design ensures distinct cafe and cat lounge spaces, with secure entries and separate HVAC systems to maintain health and safety.

  • What are the shipping costs and processing times?

    • US shipping rates: $5.95 flat rate standard shipping and free shipping on orders $65+.

    • International shipping rates: $14.95 flat rate standard shipping and free shipping on orders $150+.

    • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

    • Shipping Times: Once processed, standard shipping times range from 3-8 business days for domestic shipments and 10-20 business days for international shipments.

    Are there customs duties and taxes for international orders?

    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival to the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information.

  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Replacements are available for damaged or defective items only. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered sizes. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used. Each item is printed on demand, and as a small team focused on rescuing and caring for stray cats, we appreciate your understanding.

    For qualifying replacement requests, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

    For packages lost in transit, contact us no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.

    How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a replacement, please submit a Replacement Request Form with your order details and the reason for your replacement request. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
