Replacement Request Form

For qualifying replacement requests, please submit the form below within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For packages lost in transit, submit the form below no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.

Replacements are available for damaged or defective items only. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered sizes. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used.
